Special Issue:the 50th anniversary of IOE, CAS
Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOE,CAS) was founded in 1970. Since the foundation, IOE has made many significant achievements in the fields of adaptive optics, beam control, applied optics and so on, and obtained over 500 scientific research awards including top prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. IOE pays special attention to extensive academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and has hosted of Advanced Optical Manufacturing and Testing Technologies Session (AOMTT) for several times and other international academic exchange activities.
In order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of IOE,CAS, the special issue was organized, in which 6 reviews and 4 articles were published to introduce the current academic development and important scientific research achievements of IOE.
